I’ve earned my stripes in building and leading small businesses, advising venture-backed startups and even designing and leading corporate ventures. Founders and leaders of all kinds can come to — and count on — me for venture-building collaboration.

Do I have to have a clear project in mind?

My favorite and perhaps most impactful time with founders has been a ‘bring me your problems’ model, rather than a ‘bring me a project’ model.

I’m a resourceful problem solver who’s worked across industries, on many businesses at many stages. I have a breadth of experience which we’ll tap into to help you succeed. Grab an hour and we’ll show up and talk about whatever you need help with at that moment. If you’d like to jam on product wireframes in Figma, build email flows in a Miro, or see if I have a useful template for something else, we can do that, too.

What if I don’t know what I need?

We’ll use our initial discussion to learn if there’s a fit. If you don’t know what you need, I’ll see if I can help you get to a place where you do. But I never want to push for a fit. It’ll either be valuable, or it won’t be. Neither of us should waste our time if it’s not a fit.

How does billing work?

Once we’ve met and agreed to work together, I’ll send you a booking link that let’s you book time with me, and pay as you book.

What should I expect from your rate?

I’ve designed my rate to be one that allows you to book a few hours if you need it. Think not as high as your hourly coach, not as low as your hourly team contractor.
